请老师们解答一下句子划分的方法。
譬如:who can tell me thequestion is wrong
划分为who can tell me 宾语从句?
还是 is wrong主语从句？
还是两个划分都可以，意思不同？
分不清主语从句是在哪儿划分，就像上面的例子。

句子开头单词没大写。除此之外，句末用句号，还是问号？改为：
Who can tell methe question is wrong?
方法是：先弄了解句子意思。然后是：句意决定形式，形式服从内容。你感觉第二种划分，对吗？
